Our facility is staffed and supervised with trained healthcare professionals, equipped with the latest fitness equipment and innovative health programs such as an indoor walking track, ellipticals, stairmasters, stationary bikes and more that will make your experience enjoyable and successful. Our unique, medically based approach to wellness will change how you think about health and fitness.

Our Health Screens are offered free with membership and include bone density, cholesterol, blood pressure, lung function spirometry and body composition which measures the percentage and pounds of both lean body mass and body fat.

The Health & Fitness Centers indoor gym offers: strength equipment, free weights, fitness classes, cardiovascular equipment, indoor track and complimentary dressing lockers. Please contact the Health & Fitness Center for monthly cost and other details.
